Author’s Note: There’s a lot of interest in the domain name emolumentsclause.com for obvious reasons–this will become a major topic as we approach 2020 especially as the prospect of Trump’s impeachment looms. A lot of people (both Libs and on the Right) have propositioned me with offers to purchase the domain because they believe “they can do more” with it.
